The Brief

Create a more intimate, relationship-driven way to connect with Keys Soulcare influencers, offering deeper brand immersion than traditional PR while generating authentic, community-forward social content.

The APPROACH

  • Hosted monthly Glow Talk sessions in the Keys Soulcare office, inviting influencers for an intimate, guided walkthrough of featured products and brand offerings.

  • Designed the experience as an open, conversational format, allowing influencers to test products in real time while engaging in organic dialogue around ritual, care, and personal practice.

  • Developed the Glow Talk social series by capturing short-form video responses to the prompt “How do you keep your glow?” layered with natural B-roll of influencers interacting with products during the session.

  • Structured the content to spotlight familiar faces within the community, encouraging influencer participation in comments and reposts to extend reach and foster genuine engagement.

The OUTCOME
